Your last Collective Agreement expired on August 31, 2021. After the CUPE 3902 received transfer of jurisdiction from the former CUPE 3907, your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations with U of T and  you ratified a Tentative Agreement, the life of which spans September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2024.

The signed Memorandum of Agreement that modifies the former Collective Agreement is linked and on the Member Portal.
