Since April, Unit 5 has been in bargaining with the Employer to negotiate our next Collective Agreement. Throughout the process, we have heard members emphasize their key priorities: (1) fair compensation, (2) secure and stable jobs, and (3) respect and dignity in the workplace.

At this Unit 5 Membership Meeting, you can meet your Unit 5 Bargaining Committee and Stewards, learn about the bargaining process, and learn how you can take action to support our campaign and win improvements to wages and working conditions.
