Winter General Membership Meeting
General Membership Meetings (GMM) are meetings of the entire CUPE 3902 membership! All members in good standing can attend and vote.
At a GMM, we make decisions that affect the entire Local, such as political support, organizing strategies, and financial decisions.

Annual General Meeting 2026
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) happens once a year, typically in the spring.
All members in good standing can attend and vote!
At the AGM, we decide on the Local’s budget for the next fiscal year (May to April); close nominations for the Local’s elected representatives, and hear reports from officers and committees on their activities from the previous year.

Unit 2 Writer's Workshop
Writers Workshop for Unit 2 (Victoria College) members to meet and greet, as well as offering a space for sessionals and grad students to work on their projects!

We’ll cover the Unit 3 Fund and the Employee and Dependent Hardship Fund (EDHF), including eligibility and how to apply. You’ll also learn about enrolling in the GRRSP, as well as the Unit 3 health plan, the Health Care Spending Account (HCSA), and how to make claims.
Whether you’re new or returning, this session is a great opportunity to understand and make full use of the benefits you won through collective bargaining.

Virtual Town Hall: Proposed Policy Amendments
At the next General Membership Meeting (GMM) on November 14, 2025, you and your coworkers will consider and vote on approving the Bylaw & Policy Committee's proposed amendments to the Local's Policy Compendium!
In advance of the GMM, your Executive Committee is hosting a virtual Town Hall to provide an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about the proposed policy changes.
