Virtual Town Hall: Proposed Policy Amendments

At the next General Membership Meeting (GMM) on November 14, 2025, you and your coworkers will consider and vote on approving the Bylaw & Policy Committee's proposed amendments to the Local's Policy Compendium!

In advance of the GMM, your Executive Committee is hosting a virtual Town Hall to provide an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about the proposed policy changes.

Fall 2025 General Membership Meeting

General Membership Meetings (GMM) are meetings of the entire CUPE 3902 membership! All members in good standing can attend and vote and they are chaired by the President. At a GMM, we make decisions that affect the entire Local, such as political support, organizing strategies, and financial decisions.

They have to be held at least once between September 1 and December 31, and once between January 1 and April 30.

The newly struck CPO/Invigilator Caucus is hosting its first meeting!

As a caucus, we hope to facilitate communication between Chief Presiding Officers and Invigilators across all campuses and all departments so that we can better organize ourselves for improved working conditions, transparency, and wage parity. In our first meeting, we will be establishing a chair and outlining some of the broader organizing goals we hope to tackle. All CUPE 3902 members are welcome!
