Unit 1's current Collective Agreement expires on December 31, 2026. Your coworkers and bargaining committee have been hard at work through the summer; more than 800 members have completed the bargaining survey, while your bargaining committee has read through the current Collective Agreement, conducted sector research, and reviewed your and your coworker's priorities through the bargaining survey.

At this meeting, your bargaining committee and bargaining support committee will walk you through your co-workers’ responses to the bargaining survey, and highlight the key issues that you and your co-workers are experiencing.

All members of Unit 1 are invited to attend to then vote on your bargaining platform, which will set our priorities for the upcoming negotiations!
