This is a General Membership Meeting for Unit 5 (the postdocs), where we will discuss and vote to adopt a platform for our next contract bargaining. This is our chance to shape what we fight for at the negotiation table!

Last round, our engagement helped secure a historic 38% increase to the minimum postdoc salary and major improvements to benefits. Winning again will take the same kind of collective participation – all of us, together, both now and throughout bargaining.
