The CUPE 3902 Executive Committee expresses its opposition to the Toronto Police Services (TPS) program known as Project Resolute, intended to smear, silence, persecute, and threaten supporters of Palestinian liberation since the onset of Israel’s genocide in Gaza.

We write to formally notify you of the following motions put forward and adopted by members of CUPE 3902 and CUPE 1230 calling on the University Pension Plan (UPP) to divest from military industries in general as well as from companies enabling the State of Israel’s illegal occupation.

On Saturday November 30th, members from UofT CUPE Locals 1230, 3261, and 3902 joined CUPE Local 905 on their picket lines at the Richmond Hill Center for the Performing Arts on a chilly afternoon. Picket lines were set up around the building, made obvious by barricades erected by the employer at entrances to parking lots.
