2026 is CUPE National's "Year of Health & Safety"!
One of the key areas of concern over the last several years in both education and healthcare settings are psychosocial hazards in the workplace. CUPE National has developed a "Psychological Health and Safety Kit" that has resource materials to help deal with these hazards commonly experienced by CUPE 3902 members including overwork, stress and burnout.
