Staff Reps Office Hours at UTSC and UTM

Starting this term, 3902 Staff Representatives will be available for consultation at the UTM (Mississauga) and UTSC (Scarborough) Campuses!

Staff Reps serve as resource persons and advisors to the membership, stewards, and the Executive Committee. They are labour-relations professionals who help members with work-related problems, handle most of the Local’s grievance load, serve as co-lead negotiators during bargaining, and help plan and facilitate training initiatives for members.

The specific windows for office hours are as follows:

UTSC (Room IC 325)
Instructional Centre, 1095 Military Trail

  • Mondays - 2:00 to 4:00pm

  • Wednesdays - 12:00 to 2:00 pm

UTM (Room DV 2041)
William G. Davis Building, 1867 Inner Circle Road

  • Mondays - 12:30 to 2:30pm

  • Fridays - 1:00 to 3:00pm
