Join your Bargaining Committee!

Bargaining years are the biggest opportunities to make massive changes in your workplace.

Both the Unit 2 and Unit 4 Collective Agreements expire on December 31, 2026, meaning that next academic year, you and your colleagues will be re-negotiating a new Collective Agreement with the Employer.

The first step to building the power to establish a Bargaining Committee (BC) for each Unit.

• Three (3) Unit 2/Unit 4 members, ideally elected from different job categories

• The President of the Local

• The Fourth Vice-President of the Local (VP4)

Members recently elected a bargaining committee for each Unit, however, there is still space for 2 members on each committee, and it can be you!
