Save the Date! Summer GMM

Your CUPE 3902 Summer General Membership Meeting will take place on August 14 at 2:00pm!

It will be held in the Bahen Centre, Room 1200 (40 St. George Street) and online.

Please register through your Member Portal as early as possible!

• Go to Events (top right)

• select “Summer 2025 General Membership Meeting”

• go through the registration!

The purpose of the GMM is to update you all on ongoing campaigns, consider donation requests, approve the Local's 2025-2026 Action Plan, and, most importantly, hold elections for the following positions:

• Third Vice-President, Unit 5

• Lead Steward, Unit 5

• Lead Steward, Units 2, 4 and 6

Please send nominations to cro@cupe3902.org. You may also nominate at the meeting. Check out this post for further details on eligibility and the nomination process. (Please note, the nominations process has changed as per our newly approved bylaws.)

FYI:

If you’re attending the GMM in-person, please come with your union card OR any form of photo ID. No one will be admitted without one of these items.
If you’re attending online, a Zoom link will be sent the day of the meeting.
An agenda package will be sent closer to the date!
