Your last Collective Agreement expired on August 31st, 2021. After the CUPE 3902 received transfer of jurisdiction from the former CUPE 3907, your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations with U of T and you ratified a Tentative Agreement, the life of which spans September 1st, 2021-August 31st, 2024. The signed Memorandum of Agreement that modifies the former Collective Agreement is linked and on the Member Portal.
