Union dues decrease
Due to the financial health of your Union, Union dues were reduced at the beginning of 2008!
Dues are now down from the previous 2.55% of your salary to **2.45%** of your salary (for all Units and all job titles).
Union dues are also tax-deductible when you file your income taxes. Remember to enter your union dues (Box 44 on your T4) on line 212 of your income tax return.
