Sessional Lecturer, PSYC14H3F
Cross-Cultural Social Psychology
The Department of Life Sciences, University of Toronto at Scarborough is recruiting a Sessional Lecturer to teach PSYC14H3F (Cross-Cultural Social Psychology) during the 2005 Fall Session. The course will run from September 12, 2005 to December 5, 2005 with a final exam period from December 10 to 21, 2005.
Lectures are scheduled for Wednesdays 3:00 to 5:00 pm. The course has an estimated enrolment of 150. The estimated TA allocation is 70 hours.

In accordance with the current CUPE 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement, the Sessional Lecturer I rate of pay will be $5,750 for a half course (F or S) inclusive of vacation pay. The Sessional Lecturer II rate of pay will be $6,250 for a half course (F or S) inclusive of vacation pay.
The duties include conducting lectures, preparation, marking/grading, preparing examinations, office hours and miscellaneous clerical tasks. Successful candidates should have or be near completion of their Ph.D. with a strong background in the area of cross-cultural social psychology. Previous teaching experience or interest in the area is an asset.
