Description of course: The emphasis in this course is on marketing decision making in a dynamic environment. Building on the concepts and skills developed in MGT353H5, the course focuses on the major decisions facing marketing managers in the attempt to harmonize the resources of the organization with the opportunities in the market.
Position description: All normal duties related to the design, administration and teaching of a university credit course, including preparation and delivery of course content; supervision of teaching assistants; development, administration and marking of assignments, tests and examinations; calculation and submission of grades to university officials; holding regular student office hours and maintaining reasonable availability for student contact.
Minimum qualifications: Preferred qualifications are either PhD in relevant discipline (completed) or for non University of Toronto graduate students, in progress, or relevant qualification, professional designation or professional experience. We are seeking previous experience in teaching, teaching excellence, and mastery of subject area. Previous experience in teaching a similar course is highly desirable.
