The Process For Interested Persons To Submit An Application For Consideration In The Event That Sessional Instructional Staff Are Needed
The Institute for Life Course and Aging may hire Sessional Lecturers to deliver some of its graduate courses for its Collaborative Program in Aging and the Life Course. Job postings for specific courses will be posted on the "Institute’s website":http://www.utoronto.ca/lifecourse and on our bulletin board at 222 College Street, Suite 106 in either the Reception area or lunch room. To be considered for a position, an application and Curriculum Vitae must be submitted to:

General Information
Generally speaking, we expect to make decisions concerning courses in June for Winter or Fall (with a September start date); in September for Spring courses (with a January start date); and in January for Summer courses (with a May or July start date). However, some decisions may be made earlier or later than these time frames, depending on circumstances. Unexpected vacancies may arise at any time.
Applications will be retained for twelve (12) months. Persons who submit applications and CVs will receive emailed job postings for specific positions for the subsequent twelve (12) months.
This notice is posted pursuant to the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 collective agreement. Please note that in accordance with that agreement, preference in hiring is given to qualified persons holding the rank of Sessional Lecturer II.
The Union will be provided with a copy of this notice and of any updated notice without undue delay.
