New Electronic Paystubs (November 2009)

Effective November 2009, the UofT will be allowing unit 1 members to view paystubs online. As of January 2010, paper paystubs will no longer be issued (unless a member has made a specific request to Rhiannon Tatham, Payroll Manager at rhiannon.tatham@utoronto.ca with a valid reason). Members will need their Utorid and password together with the last 4 digits of their SIN in order to retreive paystubs.

A filled-out version of this form should be provided to you by your hiring Department before your appointment begins. Signing this form does not mean you agree with everything in it, merely that you've seen it. You can always dispute the way hours are allocated once you start work.
